Originally from Toronto, Ontario, I moved to Fredericton looking for a different lifestyle and the space to focus on my own holistic wellness.

 

Fascinated by a non-invasive treatment approach and the body's innate ability to repair itself, I decided to pursue a new career in Reflexology.

I have always felt a pull towards wellness and healing, but it took me a long time to realize what this really meant for me. It wasn't until I experienced complete physical and emotional burn-out that ​I realized I had lost sight of my overall wellness, of my spirit, and was operating in a haze. I was living the work, sleep, repeat expectation, forgetting myself and my health. ​I am an Energy Healer and an Intuitive who is spiritually focused and deeply practical; I needed to find a balance between lifestyles. ​

This challenge is what has lead me to my current practice. I use both my intuition and my clinical, scientific understanding of the potential health benefits of Reflexology to provide a holistic approach to wellness for my clients. It is my passion to guide others to create balance by working closely with my clients to understand the impact of their lifestyle on their health and wellness goals.

I have an honours degree in Child and Youth Studies and I am a Registered Reflexology Therapist specializing in foot, facial, and children's reflexology.
